Rabbi Dr. Joshua Golding is an author and scholar whose work integrates the Kabbalistic tradition with a rational approach to religious commitment. He is the author of numerous articles and several books in philosophy of religion and Jewish philosophy, including Rationality and Religious Theism, The Conversation, and The Jewish Spiritual Path: The Way of the Name.

Rabbi Dr. Golding holds a BA in Philosophy from Columbia University, as well as an MA and PhD in Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh. He received semikhah from Yeshivat Sulam Yaakov in Jerusalem and pursued advanced studies in Kabbalah at Yeshivat Sha'ar Hashamayim. He has taught philosophy and Jewish thought at Yeshiva University, Fordham University, Bellarmine University, and SAR Academy. He has also served as a visiting scholar at the University of Notre Dame, the University of Haifa, and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
